Why is sustaining support so important?
Ascension is growing, and our diocesan grant support is ending. Recurring gifts help us plan for new programs, staff, and outreach, whether or not you’re here every Sunday.
What will our giving make possible?
More prayer groups, family outreach, contemplative offerings, and opportunities to gather. Sustaining support also helps us work toward a part-time staff role serving families.
How does the matching grant work?
Through year-end, an anonymous donor will match eligible new giving and increases, up to $100,000. New recurring gifts are matched on their full annual value; existing recurring gifts are matched on the annual value of the increase. Eligible new one-time giving can count too.
What does a matched increase look like?
If you increase your gift from $100 to $150 a month, that’s an additional $600 a year. The donor matches that $600 increase with another $600, subject to the campaign’s matching limit.
How do I start giving or change my gift?
Give directly through Tithely and choose the amount and frequency that work for you. If you already give regularly, update your existing recurring gift rather than creating a second one.
When is the campaign?
November 1 through December 31, 2026.
How is campaign progress updated?
The campaign team updates the thermometer as eligible new giving and increases are confirmed. It shows matching funds unlocked, up to the $100,000 limit.
